Delete your MediStock Clinic account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MediStock Clinic and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon at the top right (or Settings → Account).
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@moduslab.in from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my MediStock account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Clinic owner: your login and the whole clinic: stock, bills, patient records, test reports, prescription photos, activity log and learned suggestions. Assistants lose access.
• Assistant: your login only. The clinic's records stay with the clinic owner, including activity-log entries that show your email.

Deletion from the live database is immediate. Backups expire within 30 days. The only thing kept is a one-way fingerprint of your email (it cannot be turned back into the email), so the free Pro trial is given once per person.

A Pro purchase stays with your Google account. If you sign up again later, tap Restore purchase on the Upgrade screen.
