Delete your FamilyMeds account
How to ask
Email support@moduslab.in from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my FamilyMeds account". We delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What you can delete yourself in the app
- Family members, with their medicines and dose history.
- Medicines.
- Clinic links: unlinking a clinic deletes every report you shared with it.
What is deleted with your account
- Your login (email address and password hash).
- If you created the family: the family, its members, medicines, dose history, clinic links and reports you shared with clinics.
- If you joined someone else's family: your login and your access. The family's records stay with the family's creator.
Deletion from the live database takes effect when we process your request. Our hosting provider's backups expire within 30 days. Prescriptions a clinic created for you stay in that clinic's MediStock records; ask the clinic to change or remove them.
